The objective of the project was to migrate and maintain data records from different data sources to a central CRM system. • Attended the weekly client conference calls with focused on the strategies and solutions based on the statistics and metrics reports that were used to measure the database’s quality; • Offered assistance for the platform customization and provided solutions to improve the level of the efficiency level of the users (~20000 contacts); • Identified data quality issues and worked closely with impacted groups for resolution.
