  Analyzed faculty CV’s to find publications that are eligible for open access using SHERPA/ROMEO and Google Scholar, and similar databases.Collated collected data using Google Sheets and Google docs and coded the data to allow for identification and release of eligible research material in the UH institutional repository. Communicated with faculty and publisher’s to resolve issues on policies throughout the process.

  Coordinated with lab PI, PhD student and consulting professor to find and curate papers and co-authored a review paper for publication in Current Opinion in Biomedical Engineering. Responsible for monitoring five journals for articles relevant to lab focus (Stroke Neurorehabilitation) and presenting summaries in weekly lab meetings.Collaborated with physiotherapists at NYU Langone to catalog, plot and analyze EMG data collected during pushups using MATLAB and provide suggestions of applicable data analysis techniques for further investigation.
