Andy Bauch
After working with Anatoly for two years I'm happy to say he is an incredibly talented engineer, manager, and communicator. He assembled a great team of engineers under him and tackled any technical challenge we threw at him, usually in a short time frame. On top of that he consistently pushed to raise the quality of the products we were developing. His organizational skills are fantastic as well and despite the half day time difference between Belarus and Los Angeles I could usually get an update on his team just by checking the systems he created to display progress. But he is always happy to chat and reached out proactively whenever it seemed like his team might be approaching a blocker that required more clarity around product/technology. Overall a great team player that I hope I'm in a position to hire again soon!
