Anatoliy's commitment to high quality work that's done quickly and without oversight is absolutely tremendous. We had several projects that we were discussing and then they were just ... done. It was great and almost like magic! I think he had the fastest onboarding I've ever seen where he was checking in quality code very quickly. And not just checking in good code but making solid recommendations on how we could improve our infrastructure and then taking on those challenges. Don't let his quiet and humble demeanor fool you though - his qualities made him a team member everyone wanted to work with and he served as an informal leader on several projects. I'm sorry to see him leave for bigger opportunities but he has a very bright future and I can hope to work with him again some day!
