Bio
Eduardo Lopez, M.A.
Anastasiia is a dedicated, hardworking QA with a passion for team collaboration and process improvement. She has the ability to quickly learn new skills for the betterment of her teams. Anastasiia worked for me as a QA engineer and was one of my first hires to the Centro Chicago QA team. She was hired to take over the QA effort on one of the more technical project teams for the Basis platform. This not only involved understanding back-end testing, scripting, and programming knowledge. It also required a deeper understanding of our customer needs, as this team was in charge of adding the functionality necessary to stay competitive. Along with this, Anastasiia would have to act as the subject matter expert on these projects to build out detailed test plans, which she would then present to other departments (development, product management, and design). This was important because each of these teams relied on her feedback to dictate if quality standards were met at all levels of the Software Development Life Cycle. Eventually, Anastasiia became such a subject matter expert that she would also lead training sessions for new QAs. She would run demos when testing overlapped with other project teams, and it became clear that Anastasiia was a top collaborator that each group could trust. She has a friendly and approachable personality, but is not afraid to state when a project is missing key factors that could affect its long-term success. This is a trait that not only makes a great QA, it was also highly appreciated by everyone on the technology team. She accomplished all of this to the highest level, and I received many compliments about her work ethic and her ability to raise everyone's confidence in the testing efforts for these demanding projects. To put it plainly, Anastasiia is a great QA engineer who can enhance any team she is a part of. Any organization will quickly find her to be an asset and a pleasure to have as a coworker.
Karrera Neely
Anastasia is a skilled and earnest QA Analyst. She takes the time to learn the application beyond just the testing requirement to ensure that it is thoroughly checked and proofed. I always had the fullest of confidence in her verification, and was impressed with her testing documentation and organization skills.
