  My responsibilities as colorist: • Development of pigment dispersion formulations (color pastes) for different kind of makeup cosmetics such as : lipsticks, eye shadows, blush, powders, pencils, lip gloss, gel nail polish. Conducting color stability testing, inclusive of keeping accurate records;• Providing control of the pigment dispersion production for all cosmetic products by process of visual color matching with approved standard to produce the same shade of product from batch to batch; If color doesn't match – recalculation and remaking achieved color to desired in the laboratory and then in production;• Quality assessment of raw materials (pigments) and comparison them with the previous batch to ensure stable production of the product. Sampling new batches in lab;• Understanding of color regulations. Working with raw materials safety documentations and researches;• Strong color matching skills;• Understanding of the raw materials used in color cosmetics;• Contributing to routine laboratory housekeeping and day-to-day operations of the laboratory.
