I am highly impressed on Anastasia's structured way of working and her ability to take over new tasks with determination, even when the task may seem overwhelming at first. She is indeed talented in multiple ways, and she has saved the team from sticky situations more than once by coming up with new solutions that nobody else had thought of previously.
