I had the pleasure to work with Anastasia during my intership in PwC. I can charactirise Anastasia as a proactive person. She also focusses on improving her performance, to know something new about related topics of her job. Anastasia is a punctual, polite and professional worker. Anastasia is good at goal-setting and her work is well-structured. Moreover, her communication is clear and informative. Anastasia and I have been working together for more than two years now and she is the person I work most closely with on daily basis. We have been working together not only on the annual Assurance Academy event (800+), but collaborated in terms of other training sessions as well. Nastya is a very communicative person and easily connects with new people. For example, one time our team needed to check out one of the possible locations for our event, but we did not have the contact to get to the premises of the chosen location. Nastya solved the problem within a couple of minutes and arranged a meeting with the person, who gave us a tour around the location the same day. I consider Nastya to be a flexible person, because even when working with people, whose communication and overall working style differs from hers, she is able to overcome this obstacle and does her best to find common ground. Not only Nastya manages the training programmes she is responsible for, but she also tends to extend her knowledge in other training programmes and fields, so she is always able to give at least a basic consultation on different subjects covered by our team`s competence. Nastya seeks possible performance improvement not only based on feedback and analysis of the existing system of training coordination, she also reads business literature and is always ready to share the useful thoughts she picked up in the book with the whole team. Nastya is very effective, working with regional team members, she manages to coordinate training sessions in eight Russian cities remotely. Nastya prepares the training schedule in a way which fits every member of the target audience, allocates instructors cleverly, communicates with local support team members, is always ready to provide them with all the necessary information and detailes on the programme.
