Anastasia's greatest strength is her perseverance, willingness to learn and become proficient at her job. Constantly proving that she is an exceptional NOC technician. Coming from a non traditional tech background, during our time working together I have seen astronomical levels of growth. Starting with working the inbox, then taking phone calls and eventually beginning incident response. Through every stage of Anastasia's growth in the GSOC she has never faltered, always showing great levels of tenacity and a unsatisfiable hunger for more knowledge. With qualities like these its no wander Anastasia left the GSOC a completely different person in terms of her technical know how. Anastasia spent a lot of time focusing on her networking skills working with Cisco and Arista devices learning how to gather information required to progress our tickets and had become dependable when it came to networking tickets. Anastasia was able to configure and gather General interface statistics, Optical Light levels, BFD, OSPF Cost, BGP and Loopback testing on both these vendors devices. By the end of her tenure Anastasia was able to autonomously work our networking tickets from alert to resolution in a quick professional manner ensuring that the Z side was always kept in the loop. If Anastasia is able to keep learning at the pace and consistency she was able to develop in the GSOC then I believe that she has the ability to take on any challenge. In moments of uncertainty she was calm and collected while being quick to ask questions and seek guidance to ensure that SLAs are met and tickets resolved. There was always an interest in learning and developing on existing knowledge as well as wanting to venture into unexplored territory, this curiosity broadened Anastasia's scope of tickets she was able to interact with and by the end of her tenure she was contributing to tickets that had been stale due to their complexity. Anastasia and I began working on Incident response exposing her to again a wider scope of tickets. We began off the bat with reverse shadowing and After two weeks Anastasia was acknowledging alerts and able to follow runbooks to get through triage steps and sometimes even troubleshooting and seeing tickets through to completion, Work expected of an engineer. Working with Anastasia was nothing but a pleasure, outside of her technical and professional performance. Everyone on the team appreciated and enjoyed her presence. Anastasia brought nothing but positive energy that was inspiring and fueled us. There is not enough space here to write even a scratch of what its like to work with Anastasia so If there is any more information I can provide please feel free to reach out to me. For Anastasia: The EMEA GSOC team will forever crave your energy, take that wherever you go !! I hope that you continue your exciting journey in technology.

Future Anastasia Boss, I am writing this letter of recommendation for Anastasia, who is an exceptional Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician with experience in 24-hour monitoring and being on call. Anastasia has a proven track record of handling complex network issues and incidents while working under pressure. She possess extensive knowledge of network monitoring tools and protocols and have a keen eye for identifying potential issues before they can cause major disruptions. As a NOC Technician, Anastasia was responsible for monitoring Twitch network 24/7 and ensuring that any incidents are resolved promptly before impacting any live Broadcaster. She was always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that the network is running smoothly and that any issues are resolved with minimal impact to end-users. In addition to her technical skills, Anastasia is a joy to work with on a personal level. She has a friendly, funny, and optimistic personality that makes her a treat to work with. her positive attitude and sense of humor makes even the most challenging situations more manageable. Anastasia is also an excellent collaborator who works closely with other team members and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed about network issues and that all parties are working towards a common goal. I have had the pleasure of working alongside Anastasia for almost a year now, and I can attest to her exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering results. I am confident that Anastasia would make an excellent addition to any organization looking for a NOC tech who can handle the demands of 24-hour monitoring and being on call while also being a positive and supportive member of the team. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further information. Sincerely, https://www.linkedin.com/in/angel-valle-01b82977/
