  Project 1: Development and registration of biocidal products for use in agro-food industries, domestic and institutional areas. • As project coordinator and quality analist: - Scheduling and execution of microbiological efficacy tests of the biocides according to EN standards - Planning and organizing of efficacy tests in external laboratories to complete the documentation for registration of disinfectants - Execution of chemical analysis, stability and residues studies - Statistical analysis and interpretation of data to make test reports • As customer supporter: - Contact with customers/manufacturers, answer to customers’ demands - Supporting customers to reach effective cleaning or/and disinfection Results: - New biocidal product was developed. - Documentation for several biocides was completed and applied for national authorization and mutual recognition. Project 2: Development of concurrent competitive novel car-wash cleaning and polish products with enhanced biodegradation properties to improve environmental safety. • As project manager and customer supporter: - Answer to customers’ demands - Planning of future strategy to create a green line of novel car-wash products with less toxicity and improved biodegradability - Modification of water recycling process in car-wash installations with bioreactors - Implementation of new physicochemical analysis techniques to improve quality control - Water quality analysis and testing of products biodegradability - Making test reports • As product developer: - Compounds selection to optimize the quality/price ratio - Development of new products and planning of test strategy - Writing of SOPs, ordering of new lab equipment and analytical devices • As team leader : - Teaching and coaching of the new team members - Organization of monthly meetings at R&D department Result: - 2 new unique car polish products with improved biodegradation properties were developed.
