Key achievements: Increased the revenue of by 80% by developing or enhancing business operations through high-quality presentations and product demonstrations to our clients and account-specific stakeholders. Initiated and launched a new B2C advertising network during my tenure. Created a knowledge bank to collate all sales data, research data, processes, product specifics information and training material streamlining access to vital data. During my tenure this became a base for training requirements when onboarding new joiners. Integration of KanBan board for managers of various internal stakeholders to streamline interdepartmental communication, measure progress and access data for reporting. Took a leading role in stakeholder management both internally within the organization and externally by developing strong relationships at a senior level with potential partners and connecting internal leadership with that of the prospective clients. Set weekly meetings for sales managers and product managers which helped increase business efficiencies and all levels of communication and coordination leading to an increased sales and revenue business wide.
