• Worked as an analyst in Customer Analytics and Decisions team within the Retail Credit Risk department. • Was responsible for running some of the retail capital models’ monitoring using SAS programming to produce and update the customer behaviour excel packs for senior stakeholders. • Provided and presented slides on a quarterly basis for the monitoring review, including any additional analysis required. • Performed extra analysis if queries from governing bodies were raised which required an in depth knowledge of the model landscape. • Was part of Diversity and Inclusion Education Word Stream because I am passionate about bringing equality to every work place. Took initiative to put together and present an LGBT+ awareness pack. The feedback that was collected from training attendees was remarkably high and the training was implemented across the entire Risk division at Lloyds (approx. 2000 people).
