In my capacity as Lead of Shah Anas during our tenure in Fiserv Global Services (2016-2019), I was highly impressed with his creative ideas and his ability to apply fundamentals to practical applications. He was always on the lookout to lead the front and be a proactive member of our team. During his work on projects like redesigning communicator for LPAv5.0, I have witnessed his aptitude to analyze, contemplate, and then finally implement his ideas in that project for successful completion. Apart from that he also worked parallelly on a utility design for the same project, which helped the team accomplish some 300 test cases using that utility in a matter of a month instead of the planned 3 months of duration. This helped us impress our client base with timely deliverance and build a trust base with our work. From the moment Shah started his Master of Applied Computing Program in the School of Computer Science at the University of Windsor, he was someone that I knew I could get all the correct information from regardless of what it was for. The students in this program aren't research students, but are more applied. Shah took innovative and enrolled in a AI elective and was quite successful by submitting a paper and getting it accepted and published for a conference. This is such great news as not many applied computing students are able to achieve this goal. I truly believe that Shah's knowledge and personality he will definitely be able to achieve his personal goals. I cannot wait to celebrate all his success in the future.
