  As an International Office Assistant, I have had the opportunity to assist with a wide range of projects and events that have helped to promote our university's international presence and foster a welcoming environment for our diverse student body. One of my primary responsibilities has been to provide support to international students by guiding them through the application process, explaining immigration procedures, and helping them to adjust to life in Istanbul. Recently, we had the honor of hosting the Satuk Buğra Han Association and presenting them with an overview of our university and the application process. In addition to these administrative duties, I have had the chance to participate in several events that promote cultural exchange and student engagement. These events include an Arabic practice program, International Day celebrations, and an International Fraternity Iftar. Recently, we had the pleasure of attending the Career Days event at Ihsan Schools, where we interacted with high school students and shared information about our university's programs and opportunities. We also had the privilege of representing our university at the Eurie Higher Education Summit, where we had the opportunity to engage with representatives from other institutions and showcase our commitment to providing a world-class education to our students. Working as an International Office Assistant has been a truly rewarding experience, and I look forward to continuing to support our university's international initiatives and helping to create a vibrant and inclusive community for all of our students. IZU International Students Club

  As a Head of Field Duty in an international club, my role is to facilitate various events and activities that promote cultural exchange and understanding among members of the community. Over the past year, we have organized several successful events that have brought people from different backgrounds together. One of our signature events was the Arabic practice, where we provided a platform for members to improve their Arabic language skills through interactive sessions with native speakers. We also celebrated International Day by showcasing the diversity of cultures and traditions represented within our community through food, music, and dance. As part of our efforts to foster solidarity and goodwill, we organized an international fraternity iftar during the holy month of Ramadan, where members of various nationalities came together to break fast and share their experiences. We also marked Pakistan Resolution Day, where we learned about the history and culture of Pakistan and celebrated its achievements. To provide a space for international students to connect and support each other, we organized an international student gathering, where students from different countries shared their experiences and challenges of studying abroad. As a Field Coordinator, I am proud to have been a part of these events that have contributed to creating a more welcoming and inclusive community for all. Show less
