We operate at the forefront of the gig economy in the premium segment in India, the US, MENA, and UK-DACH regions. My roles and responsibilities include: • Analyze client requests & carry out research to gain in-depth knowledge of the client’s industry. • Identify the most relevant subject matter experts across various geographies for each project. • Empanel subject matter experts by effectively explaining how on-demand consultations work. • Establish intellectual rapport with experts, manage expectations & assist them on ongoing basis. • Work on periodic research tasks, contribute to internal knowledge database for various domains. • Coordinate with experts & the client account managers to facilitate calls with Infollion clients.
