Co-founded Project Daya, an organisation that works to raise awareness about and combat different kinds of discrimination. Was responsible for leading a team that: - Conducted multiple competitions and two webinars on ableism with speakers including therapists, experts in the field, heads of NGOs such as Mitti Café and teachers in our own school who had faced discrimination - Generated 200+ pages of content on different kinds of discrimination (ableism, homophobia, sexism and racism), organisations that work to combat them, and artists and advocates against them - Reached an audience of 170+ people through this

Working with Whitefield Ready by - Tutoring middle and high school students in Math, Science - Teaching dance to 20+ middle schoolers in the Ramagondanahalli Government School - Helping develop curriculum and teaching methods in a model school (school whose processes are being used as an exemplar for other government school and being scaled up), including pioneering the use of Khan Academy - Participated in a survey of resources and infrastructure in Bengaluru’s government schools, worked in data entry and analysis
