  Worked in three 3 month periods between 2015-2017 as a summer intern. On those internships my job responsibilities were as follows- a) Assisted management in supervising everyday production in the factory consisting of about 200 employees b)Provided previous day production figures, present-day target at weekly status meetings, along with taking meeting minutes. Monthly Project reviews were in the form of presentations and written reports. c)Implemented a complete electronic attendance system and helped move away from the daily manual attendance. I contacted various vendors who did similar work around our office area and requested for bids. After which I went to HR and obtained all relevant details. After submitting the proposal, The management accepted my project, and I worked with a team of 3 employees and delegated responsibilities to make the shift a success. d)Reviewed and approved purchase orders for everyday business and monitored financials under the supervision of the Managing Director e)This Job opportunity helped me get much practical knowledge, I was initially observing live interviews for potential employees.
