The ultimate goal is to enhance the learning achievements of marginalized children, including those with disabilities and girls, who are in the pre-primary and early primary school age group in two district- Moulvibazar and Habiganj under Sylhet division. My job responsibilities were to collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including the Chief of Party, Gender and Inclusion Advisor, Teacher Education Specialist, Program Team, Content, and Creative Team to ensure diversity, equity, gender, and inclusion in the project's training.Provide technical leadership to improve training pedagogy during sessions.Lead a pool of trainer consultants, supervise, and coordinate their efforts to ensure high-quality teacher training. Assist in developing the teachers' training plan and implementation strategy for the project.Create training modules and necessary resources for both teacher training and staff professional development.Conduct training sessions for teachers and project staff. Participate in project-related workshops and field-based training events. Regularly visit project sites to monitor training progress. Extensive field visit during training program for teachers from 250 schools. Also, perform any other tasks as required by the supervisor and the organization. Show less
