GenomeQuest offers a complete set of search algorithms such as BLAST, GenePAST, Motif search and Fragment search, each designed for a specific purposeContribution:When it comes to Patent Search, content management is of utmost importance. Being a part of content Team, my job is to ensure that the Patent details are parsed appropriately and loaded into our database on weekly basis from various authorities, this requires me to work on scripting languages like Perl and bash. My work also includes correcting the patents manually before loading into the database. I am also involved in the development of the content dashboard which is basically a dashboard like a Jenkins which display process status and future run status for all the processes running under the GenomeQuest content production.
