As an Operations Manager at Ritual, Ananda managed a team of nine people across three merchant support functions. He is a very strong people manager who constantly motivated his team to develop their skills, improve our processes, and produce better results. Additionally, throughout this time, Ananda demonstrated strong analytical abilities and was a dedicated individual contributor. He improved support for our merchant partners by reducing our overall turnaround times significantly while maintaining high quality. Despite juggling Ritual’s fast-paced environment and competing priorities, Ananda was always professional, diligent, and very strong at execution. As a result, he was given increasing levels of responsibility during his time here. Overall, Ananda fostered a very positive working environment for his team and helped maintain a great culture at Ritual. It was an absolute pleasure working with Ananda!
