For 3 years worked as Manager Maintenance and looked after rotating and static equipment related to plant and completed the pre-turnaround and turnaround activities of CDU-4 plant, bitumen blowing plant and kero-merox unit of BPCL MR.Safely & Successfully completed turnaround related preventive and predictive maintenance along with pre-turnaround activities for all three plants of BPCL MR.Successfully completed steam rationalization project along with steam trap management and condensate recovery system project resulted in monthly saving of around 4 lakhs.Plant Maintenance/ Turnaround activity (Rotary equipment pumps, compressor , AFC’s as well as Static equipment exchangers, piping, vessels, column, reactors, heater)

Worked as E-tender coordinator and represented BPCL MR P&CS during technical evaluation (Proof of Concepts) of 4 and 1/2 year contract of our organization E-tendering platform system. Was part of Task Force for procurement of High Sulphur Vaccum Residue project material and project commissioned before actual completion time provided.Received BPCL “SMILEY” award Twice while working as “Assistant Manager” Procurement Services in P&CS department at BPCL.
