I worked my way up in the company from being a Seasonal Stylist to a Store Manager. Whenever possible, I delivered above and beyond experiences, such as repairing pieces or notifying clients of our new releases based on their existing collection. I developed and improved in-store operations and reports to provide a more detailed look at the daily goings-on. I created an employee operations manual and trained new Stylists on essential selling knowledge to build and secure a confident sale. I also advocated for my team to transition to the Communications team during the lockdown recognizing their transferable skills to be critical additions; They all secured permanent positions with their new teams.

From my previous work and interest in social media, I secured an internship at the beginning of 2020. I also transitioned to the Communications Coordinator during the latter half of Covid. Throughout my time with Vitaly (Compound Studio) I lead many projects to guide and diversify our brands, representation, and communities.

My time working at Sanjati Inc. was always exciting. I took care of scheduling days, communicating with collaboration prospects, note-taking meetings, styling for appearances, creative direction, creating film/photo content for Instagram & Youtube, and developing growth strategies. From being a long-time supporter of Brimz, the opportunity arose to Manage their store in Union station. I applied my high-end sales history to serve the diverse customer base and teach my employees how to identify and deliver what an individual was looking for. I would merchandise displays weekly to keep them updated and engaging due to the heavy daily traffic. I would also help promote the shop through social media. At Jam Van I was trained on driving a 12' walk-in van to drive to activation locations and set up experiential marketing experiences. I would collect data and photos of our various contracts so we can deliver detailed reports to our clients. I was also involved developing the operations pipeline and improving what we can offer our clientele. At John Fluevog, I was a part-time Stylist. I quickly learned how to fulfill online orders, receive stock, inventory optimization, send out shoes for repairs, stretch shoes, clean and polish shoes and update our displays to entice customers. Even though I was new, I created new bonds with long-term customers if their regular stylist was unavailable. I was the top-performing stylist quite often while I was with them. I valued the experience of delivering such a personalized experience in a high-traffic space. I was glad to see into the unique world of John Fluevog.

Rudsak was my first step into the high-end retail space. I sought out a job precisely because of their unique designs and twists on traditional outerwear. I excelled at developing my long-term bonds with customers and achieving top stylist consistently. Initially, I was a seasonal employee, but I was made a permanent employee due to the value I offered the store and team in the first month. I'd deliver above and beyond service by keeping a personal client book with notes to keep them in the loop with pieces that would fit their collection or style. I would also quickly get a client's outerwear/clothing repaired by a trusted local repair shop. I would be in charge of displays and mannequins from time to time because my manager recognized my eye for styling them, correlating with sales. I received managerial training in the latter half of my time there. I was also the Toronto Brand ambassador for a time.
