      KONSHIUS is an interactive Game-Based Program that develops Thinking Skills and Learning Potential. My role is to manage Business Operations and Service Delivery of the in-school model. - Responsible for market mapping – building new database and reaching out to potential clients (CBSE, ICSE, IB schools) and presenting thinking program to schools – delivering a sales pitch, thus driving new business- Build strong client relationships for Business Retention and Renewal, single point of contact between clients (schools) and company for service quality assurance and for all Trainers- Fully responsible and accountable for the implementation of program delivery standards (i.e. processes, structures & reporting)- Conduct comprehensive training, including initial training (annual), training on updates (quarterly), and reinforcing training (weekly)- Review Trainer performances through audits of classroom delivery and shared performance improvement actions- Conduct workshops and presentations for Educators and ParentsI initiated and now lead the process of encouraging existing Trainers to build capabilities as ‘Train and Trainer’, own specific parts of the training, and conduct those parts of the training programs for new hires. I also select and mentor Trainers across geographies to become regional managers thereby creating a hierarchical system of reporting to effectively manage PAN India Operations.       I learnt how to recruit and select potential Thinking Skills Trainers, and manage my team of Trainers. This involved observing & auditing classroom delivery, building & maintaining relationship with clients. Furthermore, I shaped my experiences of classroom to learn to design age appropriate game situations for children which creates required mental experiences, creating lesson plans around these situations, assessing the learning of the child and concretising it in a report.

      My experiences as a Trainer aided me in learning how to train a person to become a Thinking Skills Trainer. I learned how to Train a Trainer on - creating experiences for the child at the mental level; producing the same mental actions in all the children in the classroom; engaging the children completely and delivering pre-defined mental actions in each child using existing scripts. I also learned how to create lesson scripts and, I created scripts for delivering lessons using physical board games, making children reflect on the actions taken and thinking processes used to take that action.       Thinking can't be developed just by giving instructions, it gets developed by direct experiences. As a Thinking Skills Trainer, I learned and experienced this, i.e. to synchronize direct development of 'Thinking Abilities' with 'Mindful Learning Experiences'. I worked on creating such experiences and developing Thinking Skills in a group of children in a classroom, using a system of physical board games as a medium.
