Anais worked with my team at CORU for 8 weeks as an intern. Anais was a great asset to our team and delivered a significant amount of work during her time here, culminating in the presentation and delivery of a complex consultation report. This required Anais to analyse the consultation feedback and make recommendations as to the suitability of the suggest changes to a policy document. Anais is a fast learner as she grasped the technical element of our work very quickly! Anais also assisted in the implementation of a CPD audit process which included the review of portfolio and provision of feedback to registrants. This was a significant responsibility and Anais delivered her work to a high quality and within appropriate timeframes. Anais works well as part of a team but also can work autonomously. She shows great self awareness and can identify her own limitations. However, she is also very capable of demonstrating initiative. Anais is hard-working and diligent. She is also enthusiastic as she took on every challenge and opportunity she was offered while here at CORU. She demonstrated great flexibility and contributed to a number of different work projects here. Anais is also very values driven and seeks meaning and significance in her work which made her a great match for CORU! She would be an asset to any organisation.
