This position is responsible for the day-to-day program implementation of the Enactus Nigeria Program in Nigeria and to achieve the program goals for the Enactus Nigeria organization.1. Manage, evaluate, and foster the progress of active Enactus teams in Nigeria to help teams and faculty to continuously improve the quality and size of their program.2. Identify prospective tertiary institutions (Universities and Polytechnics) and implement a recruitment strategy to gain support for starting an Enactus team from the administrators, faculty and students at these institutions.3. Compile, produce and analyse country data and statistics to evaluate program success and identify areas of improvement.4. Play an active role in organization, planning and execution of all related events, such as National Competitions, Training, Conferences, as well as other events supporting the network.5.
