The indigenous peoples policies which implies the co-creation process of the General Mechanism for Indigenous Consultation, recognized by the UN for being the first co-creation process to implement the 169 ILO Convention. 3. The Open Government agenda implying the co-creation and implementation of the National Action Plans, Access to Information and Open Data Decrees; preside the Open Government and Open Data National Committees; be the official representative at UN, OAS, OECD, Open Data Charter and other multilateral initiatives in the region.
