Ligia Marina Amorim
Beatriz was first challenged to become a Scrum knight when I joined the team. She had been a developer there for less than a year and she didn't even flinch. She just went for it and has been surprising me with her tenacity and forward thinking ever since. She has received every responsability with open arms and has proven worthy along the way. She is well organized, nice and has a very goal-oriented thinking which helps simplify more complex issues. In my view, she has mostly been an impediment remover type of scrum master and I value that. She has, however, adapted to the needs of circunstances and shown lideship skills when needed. Although our views of cross-functional teams differ, I couldn't have asked for a better scrum knight. I will miss it.
