The programs served the Yuba Community College District which had campuses in Clear Lake and Woodland, a outreach centers in Colusa and Beale Air Force Base. The program served approximately served 1200 students each year. The programs provide specialized counseling, services, supplies, tutoring, leadership opportunities, and priority registration.
