  - Under the guidance of now Prof. Dr. Siitonen, completed the synthesis of Setigerumine I: https://doi.org/10.1002/anie.202111049.- Funded by the Zevi & Bertha Salsburg Memorial Fellowship from Rice University.- Presented a poster on our findings at the 2022 Spring ACS National Meeting (March 2022) and at the Natural Sciences Undergraduate Research Fair at Rice University (October 2021).

  - Studied independently how temperature and pH levels affect biogas and methane production from acid whey as an alternative to its disposal into bodies of water.- Designed an experimental setup exclusively with recycled materials, including used plastic bottles and tubes.
