Prepared sheet outs; forming the dough then running it through the dough machine to stretch it out and forming it into the pan. Along with saucing and cheesing , and placing toppings on pizza and making special orders. Landing requires taking pizzas out of the oven and putting them in boxes. Counter includes taking customers orders ; customers who walk in or call in to pick up and making sure the customer get there order on time and correctly. Cleaning, which consists of disinfecting surfaces and changing bin or containers that food is placed in. Crew lead consist of getting drops from tills ,when tills have more than $60. Giving change when needed. Handling situations with customer complaints or crew member mess ups. Also counting down tills making sure they are not over or under, counting tips and date them, recount bank to make sure it is correct and count all boxes and pounds of cheese at night.
