Not knowing anyone in this city, we liked the small town feeling of towns like Huntersville and Cornelius. We have never regretted this decision. The Lake Norman area has been the perfect place to raise our 3 children. This area has grown so much since we moved but you still get the small town feeling everywhere you go. The community is very welcoming and is easy to make new friends. Lake Norman offers different areas all around. Besides being one of the largest banking cities in the US, there are lots of activities like sporting events, Nascar races, concerts, great food, festivals and much more. I do have to mention that the Carolina Panthers went to the 50th Super Bowl!!! Way to go Panthers!!! (I am a huge football fan) I grew up in Lima, Peru and came to the US to get a college education. I have a BA in economics and worked for Bank of America in the International Accounting Dept. I am fluent in Spanish and speak some German. 13 years ago, I began doing Real Estate full time. Real Estate has become my passion. I have the pleasure to meet clients who trust me to find their dream homes and/or sell their current homes. I also work with investors obtaining investment properties and assist many of them renting those properties.
