Ana was my mentor and preceptor during my time as a new grad nurse at the Egleston Emergency Department. Her critical thinking skills always far surpassed those of her peers. She always had a positive attitude even under duress in a busy level I trauma center and was one of the more dependable employees. Her impressive attention to detail made her an asset to our team. She was also a charge nurse during her time with us and has fantastic leadership qualities. I highly recommend her for any position she chooses to apply for.
