Antaeus Theatre Company is a leading intimate theater in Los Angeles that produces timely and timeless works, inspired by the Classics.In partnership with the Board of Directors, created and executed a mission-aligned strategic plan to achieve the growing financial and operational needs of Antaeus. Provided oversight of staff and day-to-day administration in the areas of artistic, development, marketing, finance, operations, and education.Launched and exceeded a $3 million capital campaign: Managed the campaign budget; worked directly with the contractor to identify cost-saving options; resolved issues with city officials and building landlord to meet construction timeline; oversaw all gift tracking and pledges; led the fundraising strategy; and personally solicited six-figure leadership gifts from individuals for the capital campaign.In response to COVID-19, created and produced The Zip Code Plays: Los Angeles, an audio play series that has reached 90,000 audience members across six continents, and was nominated for Best Fiction Podcast by The Ambies. Developed a corresponding audience engagement strategy, The Zip Code Plays Tour, that explored landmarks and supported small businesses in 12 diverse Los Angeles neighborhoods with virtual and in-person options.

The Pablove Foundation focuses on pediatric cancer research funding and arts education for children undergoing treatment for cancer. Joined the leadership team of this startup non-profit to build out operational structure, staff, and programming, which paved the way for marked growth. In partnership with the President/CEO, provided oversight of 11 staff members in the areas of finance, development, special events, marketing, HR, and programming. Created and implemented a strategy to increase annual contributed income to $1.7 million in order to support Pablove's mission and its goals. Oversaw the strategy to expand its photography arts education program nationally, and to increase the number of scientific research grants being funded annually. Personally solicited five-figure and six-figure gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations.Produced athletic, entertainment, and family-oriented fundraising events including Pablove Across America in 2013 and 2014, a week-long cycling event for over 40 riders that raised $400,000+ annually.

Center Theatre Group is one of the leading non-profit theater companies in the nation. Worked as a team member to reach an annual goal of $10 million in contributed revenue. Secured corporate sponsors, served as a prospect manager for individual donors, and managed all donor communications for the department.Created and managed CTG's program "The Fringe", a fundraising/membership program for young professionals. Oversaw the Leadership Board of The Fringe, served as staff liaison to CTG's Board of Directors, worked cross-departmentally to build internal support for the group, produced all Fringe events, and oversaw recruitment and stewardship strategy for 135 new members.
