I had the opportunity to work with Melisa for 7 years when she start to work at SE as Quality Engineer. Since the beginning She showed a high level of professionalism and commitment on her responsibilities with big Customer and result focus, what allows me to be so confortable to start to delegate on her each time more and more activities until She was totally autonomous on her job scope. During this years, Melisa has increased in a good way her knowledge on Quality, Leadership and communications matters, let her to go at differentiate from some of her partners. On the other hand, she was really key for our Plant in order to train our Suppliers and keep them aligned with our priorities and let them works together to reach acceptable services rate and Quality. Finally, Melisa has a great sense of the collaboration and she doesn't avoid challenges, each time she had a new challenge, she dealt with them in a correct and orderly manner, consulting when necessary to clarify and move forward in the best way. Melisa was for me a really pleasure to work with you all this year and I wish you the best of the successful as you use to be, in this new journey.
