I have known Ana over 10 years and worked with her for 4years in Cummins. During our time at Cummins Ana took lead of several projects for diferent platforms. She excells at every project she manages

Ignacio Munoz, MBA

Ana was considered one of the top talented engineers for the company at that time. She was involved in different critical to business projects working with different cross functional teams and levels withing the organization showing Ana's capabilities to collaborate. Ana showed professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to deliver results. Ana was recognized for that and even other groups/companies were trying to steal her talent to come and work with them. Ana requires little to non supervision, she knows what to do and how to do it. She performs with solid maturity and stability.
