      My job duties as a processor was to take a mortgage loan originated by a loan officer and be as attentive to detail as I could be. The job of a processor is to make sure all the information in the file is correct. In addition, I also had to make sure there were not any additional information that did not need to be there. Looking through bank statements, payroll checks, credit reports, putting information into the computer system, and making sure debit to ratio numbers worked for the client. Keeping in touch with clients was a very big part of the job. Speaking with clients, title clerks, insurance representatives, real estate agents, and using my bilingual to communicate information. The job duties as an administrator was to book travel, keep daily planner, book appointments, order office supplies, filing, blogging on social media, send out thank you cards and cookies to buyers. In addition, I also created and kept track of excel spreadsheets, word documents and PowerPoint presentations. Doing payroll, accounts payable and receivable was also part of my job.
