  As a practising pharmacist I was involved in assisting customers with management of polymedication and in clinical trials phase V where additional information on adverse events and unexpected side-effects were collected and reported to the “Infarmed”, the equivalent to the Therapeutic Goods Administration in Australia. This phase corresponds to the post-marketing pharmacovigilance of patients.
