  El Espacio Interdisciplinario (EI) alberga y promueve actividades interdisciplinarias en la Universidad de la República, Montevideo, Uruguay. El EI tiene como objetivo principal el de contribuir a la construcción de estrategias de trabajo universitario que promuevan el abordaje integral de fenómenos y problemas cuya naturaleza desborda los ámbitos disciplinares. Este objetivo se asume respecto de las tres funciones universitarias de enseñanza, investigación y extensión.   The UC Davis iAMSTEM Hub is a university wide Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education effort working across relevant disciplines to improve undergraduate STEM student success.
