I met Ana Milanović in June 2013, when she was shortlisted for the temporary position of an Interpreter at FIAT Serbia, and we later continued our collaboration since she was our final choice for this job. It is with pleasure that I note here that Ana’s performance was excellent and very professional. Despite her young age, she proved to be quite fit for the job, which itself is rather complex and may appear to be stressful as well. Within a couple of days Ana managed to get familiar with terminology used in several of our plants, resulting in a successful performance over the audit we went through in July. When it comes to Ana’s professional behavior, I am happy to say that she is a very serious, dedicated and diligent individual. However, her professional attitude is complemented with lovely personality and high spirits, which were key characteristics to her becoming part of our team
