As a Model UN coach, my role is to guide and mentor students in Model United Nations simulations as well as other debate formats. I provide comprehensive training, research assistance, and public speaking coaching to help students understand the rules and dynamics of these type of debates and simulations, focusing in my area of expertise which is Model UN. I teach a wide set of skills such as diplomatic negotiation, public-speaking and consensus building. I organize mock simulations for practical experience and I offer individualized feedback and support, preparing students for conferences and accompanying them during events. I foster an inclusive team environment, promoting collaboration, leadership, human rights and global awareness.
