    • Bachelor's project - Hydroxamate siderophores Structure, reduction potentials and complex affinity
      • Jan 2019 - Jul 2019

This report aimed to determine structure features of metal bound siderophores resorting to NMR spectroscopy. Establish siderophore's reduction potentials using cyclic voltammetry in different solvents and as a function of pH. Experiments concerning the study of stability constants were performed with the aim to establish ratios of metal, ligand and EDTA resorting to complexometric titrations. This project was developed under the orientation of Prof. Dr. Ricardo Oliveira Louro. This report aimed to determine structure features of metal bound siderophores resorting to NMR spectroscopy.
