Ana has excellent expertise in sustainable agriculture and in particular Agricultural Labor Practices (ALP). I worked closely with Ana for a couple of years on the PMI ALP Program and this gave me the opportunity to witness her process-oriented mindset, her collaborative spirit and her very good communication skills. Ana is passionate about sustainability and was very diligent in her work; she developed tools to standardize processes related to ALP monitoring and reporting that were implemented in all markets PMI sourced tobacco from. During this period Ana followed successfully a training program to become a certified professional coach.
