  Theoretical study of the effects of nano-confinement in the reactivity of small molecules and their applications to interfacial phenomena relevant to battery materials. The main goal is to perform a theoretical study of the interfacial phenomena relevant for the development of new generation rechargeable batteries, mainly those lithium-based batteries.
