My role mainly consisted of working on the Menswear and Technology departments, but showed flexibility by helping other departments when demand was high. My role included helping customers with stock queries, stock-taking, recommending items, dealing with complex complaints and issues, problem solving as a team and helping out with luxury brands such as Hugo Boss and Ralph Lauren.
