      As a health care professional, I am responsible for providing patient care that ensures optimal medication therapy outcomes. During my 3 year experience I have gained some valuable skills. For example -Analytical skills: Pharmacists must provide safe medications efficiently. To do this, I must be able to evaluate a patient's needs and the prescriber's orders, and have extensive knowledge of the effects and appropriate circumstances for giving out a specific medication. -Communication skills:I frequently offer advice to patients. I need to explain how to take medicine, for example, and what its side effects are. I also need to offer clear direction to other pharmacy members and interns. -Detail-oriented: Being responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the prescriptions, I am able to find the information that I need to make decisions about what medications are appropriate for each patient, because improper use of medication can pose serious health problems. -Working in team.       " Synthesis, Characterization and Active Targeting of Squalene nanoparticles" is the title of my graduation thesis. During this six months experience I gained some laboratory skills: -Organic synthesis:In a four step reaction we synthesized a derivate of squalene which later was used to synthesize squalenic derivate of two anti-cancer drugs ( doxorubicin and paclitaxel). A derivate of Folic acid was added during the process. -Characterization of NPs:The dimensions and the superficial potential was measured using the technic of Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) and Zeta Potential Analyzer.
