  I was one of the main closing managers in the building. Along with maintaining a clean and sanitary bar, I was in charge of training new bartenders and insuring that all bartenders had the knowledge and tools they needed to be successful. I also worked on special event projects for staff such as award ceremonies and parties to help boost moral and did some local grassroots marketing. I was very approachable and would talk to many guests and patrons of the theater/store to help improve experiences.
