One of the individuals on my short list of all stars is Ana Potgoreanu. She's smart, savvy, wise, independent, extremely driven and gets things done. I always knew that if Ana was leading an initiative, we'd achieve our vision and make our budget with everyone involved remarking about how it had been an exciting and wonderful experience.
