The main mission of the position was to manage the transition phase of the construction of the products of the division defined in the quality process of the company. The main objectives were to be responsible for the qualification of the product versions and the validation of all the deliverables and finally to follow the pilot site during the test phase. Various missions had to be fulfilled such as: Define the compatibility matrix of product versions, Check and determine the definition of test strategy, Organize delivery schedules, Check the availability of end-of-version documents, Disseminate and determine the delivery of the deliverables, Communicate with the teams the progress of the deliverables. Other additional missions had to be carried out such as: Managing training documents, Managing training requests, Managing environments (development, qualification, training). This position notably required skills in project management, organization, rigor and a spirit of synthesis. It was also required to have knowledge of QHN and HDS requirements. Chef de Projet SI CRM

To validate 5th and last year of engineer school in ISIS an ultimate internship had to be done. The internship was done as SI CRM project manager at Pierre Fabre SA. More specifically, the internship was held in Next Step Program in Lavaur (France). The purpose of the internship was in an existing CRM application to develop two proofs of concept in the CLM part of the application. The first part of the internship was focused on the development of an augmented reality module to present stand or linear of products. The second phase of the internship was dedicated to the creation of an interactive taking order module. The module allows to directly take an order from a CLM media and aims to simplify actual taking order method. This mission allowed the discovery of management tools to sell pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetic products. It also allowed the comprehension of using business intelligence in marketing field. CRM Expert Internship - Recipient

To validate semester 8, 4th years of engineer school in ISIS an internship had to be done. The internship was done at Eole Consulting Company (Toulouse France). Eole is an IT service company, as such I was sent as a provider to the DOPSI department of PF in Castres (France). The purpose of the internship was to help the administration of a marketing campaign management platform. The first part of the internship was focused on data reports layout. The second phase of the internship was dedicated to API development and the redaction of technical documentations. The internship was prolonged and the subject was shift to a project requiring CRM’s skills. This mission allowed the discovery of the enterprise environment as a recipient in another enterprise. From a personal point of view, it allowed to learn and adapt to ongoing projects with deadlines and a team. Show less

SI Technician Internship & Network Assistant

To validate semester 6, 3rd year of engineering school at ISIS, an internship was carried out in the Clinique Rive Gauche (Toulouse, France). The purpose of the internship was to produce documents of proof intended for the organization that runs the digital hospital (DGOS - Directorate General for Caregiving). This project was realized with my tutor. On the other hand, it was necessary to participate in the network deployment of the new building, by assisting the network administrator. Small missions such as support for the use of a new application have also emerged. The work consisted in the production of evidence documents as part of the national project, Digital Hospital, and more particularly documents concerning the establishment of an interface between the partner imaging centers and the clinic. The purpose of these documents is to present the proper implementation of new processes to improve the digitization of all documents relating to the patient throughout his stay. Finally, he had the production of some documents and procedures on applications concerning other projects. This project made it possible to discover the medical environment both at the application level and at the functional level. From a personal point of view he has learned to adapt to ongoing projects with impending deadlines and to a team. Show less

IT Technician internship

To validate a computer science degree, it is necessary to carry out an end-of-study internship, the latter was done at the University of Valencia (Spain). The work focused on an EpHGraph application which was first developed in Visual Basic and which is used to display chemical equations, predominance diagrams, Pourbaix and simplified Pourbaix. But for technical reasons the application should now be developed in Java. The purpose of the internship was to correct and develop missing or erroneous parts in Java in order to make the EpHGraph application as functional as possible. This project was realized in team with two other students of the IUT of Blagnac. This project has made it possible to improve technically as a development of programming and design skills has emerged. From a personal point of view he has learned to adapt to a project, a team, another language and another country. Show less
