An was Diageo VN Business Performance Manager - one of my key business partners when I was the Financial Controller at Diageo Shared Service in the Philippines. It was the 1st challenging time for the FC migration to Shared service and An has demonstrated as the great leader with strong commitment to support the new FC team and constantly drive business process improvement to deliver the outcome for Diageo Vietnam despite the long distance and different timezone. Has proven analytical skill, underpinned by strong rationale, she has great ability to organise and structure business plan, meeting conversation, coaching section in a constructive and convincing way.
