Reporting to the General Director, responsible for 300 faculty and staff. In 2002, established Hisar School’s Human Resources Department which involved setting up school wide HR policies. In conjunction with IT department, creating HR Online which is an online recruitment portal, online staff database and online professional development database. Preparing job descriptions, working on job analysis which has led to establishing a salary management system. Responsible for the preparation of all academic faculty and staff contracts. Over the years, fine tuning strategies for seeking out the best local and international teaching staff. Setting up orientation programs for new teachers and staff. Having a thorough knowledge of the complexities involved in settling in of foreign nationals and dealing with work and residence permit processes. Playing a pivotal role in creating a sense of community through organizing social activities such as teacher’s day, end of year dinner etc. Member of Health and Safety/Crisis Management Administrative Team. Day to day duties involve overseeing payroll, operations of staff and mentoring HR Personnel Officer. Show less
